2008 is turning into a brilliant year and new designs continue to flow at an alarming rate, its just whether my hands can keep up with the speed of my brain. Designing 2 collections a year is very challenging and it is comforting when the following season is sorted even though I am making for the present one.

Butterflies and flowers form one part of the design picture for Spring/Summer 08 and as I live by the sea, pearls and shells always creep into the making. Pearls have a really bad name amongst the fashionista but the qualities are irrisistable. They are dyed in a mirriad of colours these days and the lustre is just stunning. I will be making a range of one off necklaces this summer.
